We believe that climate change is an imminent, man-made, proven threat to our world as we know it, whose consequences are exacerbating the already damaging injustices facing us today.
As an organisation of young people, not only do we want to influence systemic change, we also strive to be ambitious and collaborative in the process by widening participation in the climate justice movement.

Our Positive Impact
Through workshops, campaigns, and events across the UK, we’ve helped thousands of young people find their voice in the climate movement.
From fossil-fuel divestment drives to global climate strikes, we take action for real system change.
UKYCC amplifies youth voices on the world stage — representing UK youth perspectives at major international conferences.
Founded in 2008, we’ve spent over a decade building a generation of climate-justice advocates.

Climate Crime – Climate change is the apex of all crimes
What on Earth is happening?
UKYCC, partnered with Students for Climate Solutions Aotearoa New Zealand, are requesting the International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor to investigate the senior executives of BP for Crimes Against Humanity for knowingly causing and perpetuating climate change.
We are also asking the prosecutor to consider whether BP’s senior executives should pay reparations to the victims of anthropogenic climate change.

Talking Won't Cut It: Your MP's Climate Record
Does your MP care about climate change?
There are 650 MPs elected each cycle. Many of them are frequently held entirely unaccountable on the issue of climate change. This project is being developed by the UK Youth Climate Coalition to empower people to be informed and hold their MPs to account on the issue of climate change.
