In November 2021, COP26 was held in Glasgow and members from all working groups attended the negotiations to demand Climate Justice!

Youth Demands

We demanded Climate Justice!

 

UK Youth asked the UK Government to achieve Climate Justice on the national and international stage through reparations, representation and responsibility.

Youth Hub

We partnered with GUEST, The Resilience Project and YFoES to create the COP26 Youth Hub.

Held at the Queen Margaret Student Union (QMU) in Glasgow, it was a space for young people to come together over COP26 to rest, socialise, campaign, organise, learn and so much more!

COP Photo Competition

We ran a free-to-enter photo competition for the duration of COP26 on the theme of policing and climate change.

 

It was a fun, radical and collaborative way for people from all over the world to come together and document the two weeks of COP26, from the streets of Glasgow, to worker and student strikes worldwide.

We worked with activists from around the world, supporting them in gaining accreditation into the COP26 Blue Zone.
